Website Terms
Effective September 1, 2026. These terms explain how this website may be used and what it does and does not commit either of us to.
Informational content
The content on this website — including service descriptions, door style and finish pages, design visualizations, and project galleries — is provided for general information and inspiration. Visualizations are illustrative and are not photographs of a specific completed project.
Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting a form on this website starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve production capacity, guarantee an estimate, or schedule an appointment.
Estimates and scope
Any pricing, allowance, lead time, or scope discussed by email, phone, or in person is preliminary until it appears in a written agreement signed by CQ Woodworking. That written agreement governs the work, and it controls over anything stated on this website.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, visualizations, and photography on this website belong to CQ Woodworking or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.
Project photos you send us
When you upload photos or documents with an inquiry, you confirm that you own them or have permission to share them, and you allow us to use them internally to evaluate and carry out your project. We will not publish your photos publicly without asking you first.
External links
This website links to third-party services such as our social profiles and our Google listing. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies.
Availability
We do not guarantee that this website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CQ Woodworking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
